"The Allis 718h has a 18hp Kohler over head valve engine that has been trouble some. The engines at time runners great and at times poorly. I blow a lot of snow with it and use it to pickup leaves with the vacuum system. I have other Allis 700 series tractor with 12hp Kohlers that are much easier to keep running. But they don't have the power of the 18hp. Over all these tractors are very well built, very heave duty and built to last. "
