Poor
Model Year: 2015

This is the worst mower I have ever bought, It won't hardly back up and will not back up any grade. The tight turn is bad and when you try to back up all it does is drag the front tires. I will never buy another Craftsman. That's for sure. If I could get part of what I paid for it, it would be gone, I have had a repair man here three times.

Pros: Starts, runs and cuts good
Cons: Will not back up

Bought this for $2000 in 2014, which wasn't cheap. I have a 1 acre yard with lots of trees and it's not flat - many dips and bumps. The mower has served me well, but I'm moving on to an electric zero-turn. If memory serves, this is a Husqvarna branded as Craftsman, which I thought to be a good selling point.

Pros: Electric PTO, tight turning radius, starts every time, Kohler engine
Cons: Steering is hard - builds upper body strength!
