I am Mehraj Udin from India, Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar. My Father has purchased Farmtrac 50EPI on May 2007 financed by J and K Bank for Rs.5,57,000 (finance Rs.2,46,000) and we were assured 12 months or 1500 hrs. warranty - whichever is earlier.
It shows manufacturing defects within 3 months of operation. We approached umpteen times to the dealer but all in vain. Later it stops working. It lies as a scrap at our residence.
As it was the only source of income of our family, we approached the consumer court and lodged a case against the company, but until now no outcome is there from the court.
We sold every valuable assets to pay off the debt still have to pay nearly 2l acs., but now we are insolvent and my father says that it seems a devil to him and tried lot of times to do suicide. We still hope for the best.
