Model year: 2010 Date Purchased: 2005-01-11 Number of Hours: 550

"It has never been back to the dealer. Only 2 problems: Loose battery connection when delivered. And air in the fuel lines which caused excessive cranking. I finally got the fuel filter sealed and no issues in over a year. There is a primer button on filter housing that can be used before cranking if this happens. The cab is the best of any hands down."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Overall great tractor with good power. The M series is better but more money. Cons: The fuel filler neck steel insert rust should be stainless steel. Type of User: Homeowner 100+ Acres Location: USA TX I also considered buying:

"Great little powerful tractor. The turbo'd 4 really shows a difference over a naturally aspirated model. For a utility tractor in this horsepower range there is none better. One item I have an issue with is the park brake when you park on a grade pointed up, and put the powershift lever in park, you can hear the teeth ratcheting and sometimes it doesn't catch and hold. Have talked with others on this and they say it is normal for this model. Would sure like someone elses opinion. "

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Powerful, compact, good 4 wd system and beefy. Cons: Parking mechanism. Type of User: Homeowner 100+ Acres Location: CND OT I also considered buying: New Holland TS100

"The only problem I have had with the tractor is the small inline fuel filter stops up easily. We use the tractor in the hay fields and it requires that we change out the small filter often. Failure to do so will cause a dramatic loss in power. I have had two 5525's and have had the same problem with both tractors."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Comfort. Cons: Sensitivity to dirt in the inline fuel filter. Type of User: Homeowner 100+ Acres Location: USA TX I also considered buying:
