"1. Have to keep battery unhooked as there is a drain, most likely diodes in the alternator. 2. Due to proximity to the ocean, keep well painted and exposed cylinders are coated with white grease to prevent salt water corrosion. 3. Gannon box serves my purpose well with road grading needed after each significant rainfall. Traffic is perpetually very fast even though we ask 15 mph. A 50 hp tractor is a must for the filling of potholes. 4. Due to short wheelbase as compared with a road grader, difficult to achieve perfect road surface. "

"Tractor was purchased used from a municipality. I have added some hydraulic circuits to handle various equipment. Tractor is used primarily for a loader handling manure from a small feedlot. Also do some farming on some rented land with it. Only problems have been ignition switch and computer related. Whoever decreed tractors should have computer controls should be tortured."
