"First time backhoe owner, bought a 30 year old machine that needed some work, but have been proud to own it, and has really been a learning experience. Dealer seems to be able to get anything I have needed so far. The performance has been getting better and more reliable the more I repair things that the previous owner neglected. These machines are fairly simple, but the hydraulics are somewhat hard to diagnose, sometimes I'll ask questions on the web and not get very good answers, but people seem very helpful to try to help when it comes to fixing a Deere. Overall good machine for its age "

"Nice older backhoe. Ours is a basic two wheel drive with standard hoe (no extend-a-hoe). Works for our needs and has been very reliable. Best machine I've ever dealt with for routine service. Everything is readily accessible and straight forward. Even though it is an older machine I have had no problems getting parts for it."
