Low Hour Failures / Light Duty Use Posted by Anon on 01/28/2016

Before the tractor had 500 hours, I had to replace both axle seals, replace a radiator and shroud due to a plastic fan that fatigued, cracked and then proceeded to destroy the radiator and shroud.

It also had 3 years of life out of a battery. Then both front tires started dry rotting and splitting at 3 years. The cab door hinges elongated and the cab corner protectors that sit behind the loader frame fell off.

Also, since new, it has had an issue where it loses power (hydraulic and electric) while running the snow blower. They tightened the belts and looked for electrical gremlins, but it seems to be very intermittent and only when its below freezing and under a load.
