I purchased and X-300 in 2008. I always try to do business with American Companies. I had a few problems with the unit and recently the rear axle snapped in two. The local dealer (Washington Tractor) picked up the unit and took it to their shop.
I called and was told it would be in excess of $1,000. I told them not to bother with it and that I would replace it. Now I have a bill from them in the amount of $108.16. I called and was treated less than courteous. I am extremely disappointed with John Deere and will never purchase another John Deere product again. I expected much better than this.
