"My Kubota ZD28F is a large 0T mower w/ a 72" commercial deck and ROP. Good performance, easy to handle, fairly easy to maintain. Greasing some fittings requires some effort and flexibility to get to, something that gets harder to do every year."

"This mower looked like something that would last forever. It has a 30 HP diesel engine and a fabricated steel deck. In the first two years of ownership a hydraulic line broke three times. Each time it was replaced, the mounting bracket was much heavier than the last. The third line is still in use. Each time the line was replaced I was charged for the line, fluid and labor. The gearbox had to be rebuilt with new gears which two beval gears cost almost $500.00. An axle broke which clearly had an inclusion which went half way through the axle. There was no credit given for a faulty axle. The transmission has gone out twice and was replaced once under warranty. The second time it cost $2,614.75. The fuel line in the gas tank became clogged and the remedy was to replace the tank and lines at a cost of $160.00."

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: The engine appears to be good. Cons: The rest of the machine appears to be inadequate. Type of User: Homeowner 1-10 Acres Location: USA KY I also considered buying:
