"I have had my BX2660 for maybe a little over 10 years. I mow a large property and use the front loader all the time to landscape and move dirt, rocks, wood, etc. I have beat the crap out of it, never clean it, and am very bad at maintaining it. But I have got to tell you, I would buy this tractor again, only maybe a little bigger one. It is incredible what this thing can do - lift, pull, push, etc. A John Deere would be destroyed by now. I know because I destroyed one before I had my Kubota. I just changed the oil with the last change being 5 years ago. You have to keep the fuel filters clean though, as that could cause issues."
"After so much trouble with a GR2110, I traded it on the BX 2660. All though it does tear up the grass on sharp turns it does everything else well. Lot of power and traction. Much faster then the GR. It does have a lot of gear noise but tolerable."
"This is an update to a previous review. Here is my previous review: Overall good tractor. Bought new in 2009. Kubota service severely lacking. Thank goodness for the dealership. Tractor has excellent power and has done everything I have ever asked of it. I mostly mow (6 acres or so) with the occasional grading of the gravel driveway (1600 ft). Have had multiple oil leaks. Some severe. Broken engine mounts---3 times to be exact. Another complaint I have is that it is that everything about this tractor is loud. The engine/exhaust is loud, the hydraulics are loud an the mowing deck is loud. New additional info: The motor mounts recently broke again. The dealer replaced them again. The new mounts are a little different from the previous ones they installed. They now have "hard stops" welded to them to minimize the engine shake during startup and shutdown. I was told this issue is atypical....but I cannot help wonder why Kubota redesigned the motor mounts for an atypical problem....Anyway, the dealer has continued to make these repairs at no cost to me. Kubota has been picking up the tab. Also, my last review says I gave everything 5 stars. Not sure what happened there, but I know I didn't give everything 5 stars. I will rate accurately again and see what happens. If this review shows stars, then someone is tweaking results."
"My BX2660 has been in the shop more than I've actually used it. If I had the funds I would sell it and buy something else. I've lost two transmission cooling fans before I found out that there was a guard that probably should have been on the tractor from the start and wasn't. Since I got it out of the shop the last time it does not have the power or speed it had before it went into the shop."
"I bought this for usage around the house, about 1.5 acres. Front end loader and mid-mount 60" mower was all it had. Also had an additional 33 acres of mixed wood and grassland to maintain. WOW---what a machine! I added teeth to the bucket and coupled with a 60" bush hog this thing is unstoppable. I had it in some very delicate situations a few times, added a skid plate after tearing up the transmission fan ($$$), but by far this little machine is steroid driven. Lately, I coupled a PTO generator for emergency use and it performs flawlessly, even runs the house a/c if I need it to."

"Tractor has been a back breaking life saver. Bought two acres with alloy of grading and dirt moving. I am doing things on this that I never thought possible. I love this tractor."
"The BX26660 is my second Kubota. I am absolutely sold on Kubota tractors and this new baby is no disappointment. With only 3 1/2 acres of hilly overgrown forest (read that to mean the density of saplings is incredible) I knew a small tractor was necessary for maneuverability. The FEL works like a champ and the whole package performs better than I expected. Why buy new for only 3 1/2 acres? I don't ever plan on buying another tractor or riding mower again. "
"Hi thanks, for checking out my review. This is my first tractor and I really love it. I did a lot of home work, research and inquiring of friends. I owned a Kubota lawn mower which was built tough, but I wanted something to drag my driveway. The BX 2660 is easy to attach implements, front bucket and box scrap. The belly mower come out the side easily in about 10 min. Just turn the anti-scalp wheels and it rolls out, driving over it like a Deere can't be good. I can get on it from either side and the controls are easily accessible. I mow a two acre front yard in about half time."
"I am a first time tractor owner. I have a 3 acre home site that is quite hilly and has a gravel road, and a 10 acre horse pasture to maintain. I bought the tractor primarily to mow the grass and to maintain the road. I got the Kubota 2660 with the front end loader, mid mount mower, a box blade and a 4' land pride brush mower. Since then, I got a backhoe, and a tiller. I never realized how much I would use this tractor just for the fun of it. I even mow the street shoulders for about 600 yards to the highway just because I can and it is so easy. I thought I would have no use for the loader, but now, I don't know how I could get along without it. The 2660 has plenty of power to operate the implements including the backhoe and to do just about any task that I try. I added a rv winch, a power inverter, and a hitch ball on the loader. Moving stuff around my place and operating small hand tools without having to drag out long power cords is now easy."
