I grind stumps. I use it to clean up stump chips. I treads lightly in lawns. I rent a power rake sometimes, it's a beast on a power rake. I also use a flail mower and now many lots for builders until they build.
It's nice tractor. I really like it. It's okay when used to load logs from trees I cut down. I put tire chains on the from and a counter weight on the rear and the Kubota digs in and gets to work. It's got nothing on a skid steer but L3800 is light weight compared to a stout skid steer.
