"I purchased the tractor new with a front end loader attachment. I have been very pleased with the unit. It starts after a long time on not running. It has 4 wheel drive which is great in the snow and hauling logs. The tractor is key to my being able to work 15 acres by myself."
"My friend has the same model that I had used several times. It seemed heavier duty than a similar size tractor of a different make I had also used. I settled on the turf tires because it was a used tractor. I think I would have preferred the industrial style but I have not had any issues with the turf tires in the barnyard or in the snow and slush. I got a great deal on rear blower with the tractor which had hydraulic chute swivel. So I had the dealership add the rear remote. That was a little bit of a pain finding the part. I really like my tractor and cant imagine how I survived so long without one."
"Purchased used at a great price because there was a little smoke coming out of crankcase vent. Have used it for over 200 hours and had no major problems. Because of its age, I am starting to replace hydraulic lines. The engine is strong and starts every time. "
"Tractor is L2900GST with a Loader and 3 pt inch back hoe. I mainly use the tractor for tillage and planting sweet corn, preparing ground for blueberries. Splitting fire wood using the tractor's rr remotes that I installed running a line off the back side of the loader, bush hog mowing, spraying, chipping wood with a PTO driven chipper, and general clean up around the house, plowing snow, and running a generator with it during power outages. It handled all of the above It surprised me when I used the back hoe to dig footers for a pole barn that had to be set on top of cement block because it was built on the side of the hill. It is a small machine but with patience I was able to dig everything, saving me thousands of $$. I have been well pleased with it. "
