"I purchased my L3410 with a Woods loader 1012 and a Woods 7500 backhoe used in 2012. The previous owner had pounded on the bucket and left it out in the weather the whole ten years (tires were rotted out, seats were totally gone, hoses had to be replaced). Once the rubber was replaced the thing rocked. I do a lot of material moving with the loader and back-hoeing around the farm. I would say the hydraulic fluid window leaks as others see, but the tractor is great otherwise. I need to keep the screens clean or it overheats in the 100 degree weather...well I overheat too."
"Great tractor, had this about 7 years, performed everything I wanted it to do flawlessly. moved to a bigger place, bought a bigger tractor..Kubota of course!"
"I have owned this tractor for 10 years now---routine maintenance is pretty much all the care she has required. Replaced glow plug relay and front loader float detent--that's pretty much it. Been used primarily as a backhoe/loader with Bradco hoe attachment and LA482 loader. Very pleased with the performance and durability of this machine. Would buy Kubota again without hesitation."
"This tractor was bought for use in small commercial olive grove. Has FEL and is used with slasher (topper), rotary hoe, spreader, chipper, UFO (drum) hay mower and bar rake. The FEL is excellent, good width and depth for tractor. Can also be swapped for forks. Have used FEL for prep of sand pads (building) as well as all kinds of typical loads. Forks lift close to 500kg, so have been used for loading olive bins, loading transplanted trees, hay (round bales) and just about anything you can think of. Even though a relatively small capacity motor, this is an excellent tractor, capable of working with the hay mower all day and being miserly with fuel. This has turned out to be a great tractor."
"This was the best investment I have ever made in a tool. I built some tools for the 3 point and used it for landscaping a new house and a 2 acre lot, small farming, cutting/skidding firewood, loading the wood processor, mixed the cement slab for my 20 X 26 pole barn with an attached cement mixer and the 23 tubes for my house deck with attached hoe. I have cleared snow with snow-blower and plow, graded my 1/2 mile of road with homemade grader and done a million other tasks with this machine and done nothing more than change fluids and grease. It has paid for itself long ago. "
"In my opinion, Kubota has the most reliable engine and HST on the market."
"Been great tractor, ready for a bigger one, no problems. "
"This tractor has the glide shift transmission which I like because you can set the gear for specific operations where you want to know the speed your traveling such as for spraying. It would be nice to have a few more horsepower. It's supposed to be capable of handling a 5 ft. rototiller, but it's marginal in clay loam with turf. Brush hog and snow blower are also only 5 ft. max while the R 4 tires are 65" outside. More horsepower would permit 6 ft. max with these attachments. I bought the tractor initially for mowing with a 6 ft. rear finish mower and it does very well with this attachment. Overall it does everything I need, but I'd probably opt for a tractor with more power if I were to buy today. I just purchased a Erskine 5 ft pull behind snow blower, but haven't had a chance to try it yet."
"I have had my Kubota for 13 years now and it has never failed to start or given me a minute of grief. Great tractor."
"The control valve has broken twice. The first time the detent broke. Had it repaired at the dealer. Now, a year later the up and down is sticky and the control valve makes a bit of noise in the up mode and keeps going up even when I release the lever. Have to move the lever to stop the up motion. This makes it very difficult to operate safely. The dealer says there may be moisture in the control valve. If the detent needs to be replaced again (for about another $200) I can't help wonder what is causing the problem to begin with. Any ideas will be appreciated. Also had to replace front bearing and seals on both wheels with not that many hours on tractor."
