"I have a 2013 Kubota Kommander ZG127S zero turn mower which has been in shop with engine problems at minimum eight times. After 20 to 30 minutes, the unit cuts out and dies. There is no fuel in the fuel filter. The dealer said it is not the fuel pump and is something to do with the vacuum line. When they get hot they collapse. I have had to order hoses for replacement and even modified existing hoses and still have the same problem. I also had a problem with the ignition system and coils. They have yet to resolve the problem. Outside of this Courage engine made in China, it is a well built unit. Kohler has last my trust go with Kawasaki engines. "

"I purchased a 2013 Kubota Kommander zero turn mower. After purchase and before delivery, they had recalls and wouldn't deliver until it was repaired. I order a bagger kit which was installed by dealer. Still, to this date, the unit will pick up little if any grass as it continues to clog in the shoot. You clean out the shoot and it just gets clogged again. I added high lift blades and had no luck. The dealer has looked at it along with the manufacture. It is just poor design (don't buy the bagger option). This unit has been into the shop going on its fifth time in last 24 months. Electrical issues, unit cuts out and dies, have already been repaired once with a new coil but the unit is going back in since it starts then dies after 5 minutes. It has plenty of fuel. When you spend over $6000 on a mower, it should run, cut grass, and bag. I have a self propelled Toro mower for under $400. That cuts and bags perfectly with no issues.Don't buy Kubota zero turn mowers unless you like dealing with the service department on a regular bases. I am using neighbors John Deere riding mower to cut my lawn as Kubota does not offer loaners while mine is in shop. Its been in the shop a total of 3 month over the last 24 months."

"2013 ZG127S zero turn mower. Puller tensioner spring broke shortly after purchase. Turned off unit to empty bags and when I went to turn on mower, smoke out off top off engine when starting. Fuse blown, replaced fuse and attempted to start smoke came out of top of engine. Had to be picked up for repair. After received back approximately 10 hours later engine would die during use. Plenty of fuel in filer and tank. Nothing under deck causing load. Unit starts fine and soon as I engage mower pto engine Boggs and dies. I disengage pto and ideas back up then I move forward and starts to die. I paid almost 7000.00 for this unit. Having to borrower neighbors John deer riding mower to maintain my lawn. Call into Kubota now going on 3 weeks still no resolution. Unit is unable to be used. "
