"I maintain this machine as it should be, however it has been used relentlessly for the last 1,200 hours, as I am recovering a farm which has not been used in the last 40+ years. The property is not all flat. I have been moving water, snow, mud, and everything in-between. I use a Bruch hog (4-foot), disc (6-foot), rear blade (6-foot), and trailers. I have dug a multitude of ditches, pulled full-length trees, and done snow removal. I use it almost daily. I don't take it easy on this machine and the only thing I have broken (so far) is the plastic portion of the grill on the hood and the steering bar twice, which I just repaired on my own. I will say both are due to heavy use and I don't blame the tractor. I would recommend this tractor to others without thinking. "
"We shopped for at least a year before buying this XG3025 2016 and had to special order it, but it was worth the wait. The reason we took so long was the cost of the green and orange units. We just could not see spending that kind of money for a home use tractor. We now have twice the tractor and attachments for less dollars with a better warranty. The LS has proved its worth every day we went without buying the wrong tractor in the beginning. We don't use it for mowing the pasture nor the house yard. It works to dig out pine stumps, drags 40-foot logs, digs drainage, deepens the pond, moves storm damage (hurricane Matthew), helps build the new fence, etc. We bought a neat package: front bucket, back hoe (2 bucket sizes), PHD post hole digger), and an HD box blade from the Ocala dealer in Florida. I do most of the operating and my husband does all the chain sawing and hook-up and directing LOL. The tractor is so simple to operate I wonder why we waited to be in our late 60s and early 70s to get one. We did the first maintenance on it and that was okay with the dealer. IT needed a pin replaced holding the back hoe bucket. The dealer had it shipped to us with just a phone call. Thank you Allen Lawn & Tractor of Ocala, Florida. Good service !!! This XG3025H has actually saved us money. Had we used professional stump, tree service, and fence guys we would still be paying or just not having it done. The LS gives a sense of pride to ones home when you can do a lot of the work yourself. It's still hard and it takes some learning about the controls, but its all doable with the correct equipment. "
"Had severe storm damage to property, losing over 200 mature trees. My LS performed everything I asked of it and more. The value and helpfulness of my local dealer in answering all my questions made my decision that much easier. At the end of the day no regrets would definitely purchase another one."
"The tractor is extremely easy to use and quite capable. We are very inexperienced and act very cautiously with it. I wish the front wheels were a little bigger. The hydraulics at the front loader developed a small leak at a connection but I fixed it myself, hence the "4" in reliability. We move pretty large palm tree and pine tree trunks around with it. At the same time is very compact and handles easily. Tank holds 7.5 gals of diesel and I think we have filled like 4 times only. When I bought it the dealer gave me all materials necessary for the 50 hr service including the shop manual. "
"My name is Andy Zigan, and I live near Brighton, Colorado in a house on 2.5 acres. I seldom review purchases that I have made, however with this purchase of an LS 3039h compact tractor I am compelled to give a 5 star review. I had a 2008 Norstar tractor that I decided to trade in because of my 72 year old bad back. I used it very little only when I had to, it was very difficult to get on or off of that tractor because it had a manual transmission and several levers and pedals that were in the way. I contacted Legacy Tractor by email asking for a quote for this LS3039 after a great amount of research on the web. Gary the owner replied quickly and I was very interested and I decided to drive 55 miles north to Fort Collins, Co. to see what he had in stock. I met with Gary and he showed me several models and spent his time answering my questions. Gary is NOT the high pressure salesman I expected. He is very knowledgeable and I bought the tractor and made a new friend all at that same time. He delivered the tractor to me in less that 2 hours. This tractor is just perfect for me. It is easy to get on and off. No levers in the way with the hydro-static transmission. It really surprised me the amount of power and fast hydraulics it has over the Norstar. I moved 54 ton of topsoil last weekend to my garden area, and it really works great. My son Steve lives across the lake and will be using it for mowing. I expect to have this tractor for a very long time. I keep it clean and in my shop. In parting I have to say: DO NOT buy a tractor until you look at the LS series of tractors."
"I have brush hogged some pretty thick brush and small trees have moved lots of gravel for my rather long driveway and this little tractor has done it all with no problems. The hydro static drive is really nice when you are spreading gravel."
"Bought this tractor to replace a small Kubota tractor. Only have 33 hrs. on it but it has done all that was asked of it. Have box blade on back for ballast and it does a great job smoothing soil or leveling road rock. Removed many large stumps with it. Can't wait for a good snow fall as the front end loader should really do the job. "
