"My neighbor owns 2 LS Tractors and a Farmtrac. I have watched him for a few years now and he has had no problems whatsoever. I began to seriously look last fall (2012) for a replacement for the 1980 John Deere 770. I have no complaints at all with the old Deere. However, I was totally unimpressed with JD this time, not to mention the $4 to 5000 price difference. I looked at all the others, and each time I came back to the LS. It is heavier, stouter and better built than the rest. Both the backhoe and the front bucket are built by LS which means no separate or divide warranty or responsibility. I have been more than pleased with this tractor and am looking forward to passing it down to my kids."

"After four months of searching for a utility tractor I have decided to purchase the LS 4041H. I checked out Kubota, nice tractor but the tier 4 scared me away fast. Plus the price tag for an inferior tractor made no sense. John Deere is still going on their history instead of quality. They would be the last choice when I compared tractors. LS, of course, builds the Case and New Holland Boomers which where $3,000-$4,000 higher for the same tractor. I got the tractor and the 6ft rough mower for $20,800 delivered to my door. Great service company. Explained all the features of the tractor and promised me at home service when needed. This tractor is a tank! I brush mowed 12 acres in an afternoon. Plenty of power. Perfect performance. I am very happy I went with LS. I hope they come out with a cab for it. My neighbor who has a '02 John Deere is planning on trading in his tractor for an LS after taking mine for a spin. Buy an LS. You won't be sorry. "
