"I have owned my tractor for 6 years and put 490 hard working hours on it. I use it for mowing, loader and grapple work, grading, and post hole digging. It has performed beyond my expectations and I have very high expectations. My only beef is getting parts. About 70% of the time I have to get parts from my dealer. I would rather be able to buy parts online and save time driving around town. The only saving grace regarding parts is the dealer (RCO Tractor, Austin, Texas) doesn't gouge me on prices like a normal dealer. It seems each year gets easier to buy parts online, but it's not like buying parts for John Deere or some of the other big boys. "

"I have had problems with the PTO not working since purchase and after 5th trip to dealer for repair it is still not fixed. The factory rep has worked the problem and still no fix. The tractor only has 68 hrs on it and most of that time has been from trying different fixes and trouble shooting."

"I couldn't be happier with my U5020C. I only have 50 hours on it, but have ran it hard tearing apart windrows and working fields. It has preformed beyond my expectations especially at its price point in market. LS dealer (RCO) out of Austin, TX was excellent. Good group guys. My only complaint was their model knowledge could have been a little better. My guess is they don't sell lot of these bigger tractors is why knowledge was little lacking. At times they had to think about answer or look it up. To give them credit, if they didn't know they called rep and got the answer for me. This is the first tractor I have owned, but all the red ranchers I hang out with have all been impressed."
