As everyone says, be able to use a spanner as lots of things were loose---big deal! Any tractor owner needs to get in touch with the machine anyway.
The one I have is a 4 cyl, Perkins style, 35-40hp and has been great so far (despite having been totally submerged in the recent floods! Since then it has done 60 hours or so. Very powerful 4-in-1 front loader. Has shuttle shift that works just fine. Brakes were a bit ordinary bit I modified and adjusted them and now good.
