"It is a little tight on leg room (I'm 6-feet 3-inches). Without weight, you want to be careful moving a raised loaded bucket when loading. With a loaded bucket, it can slip tires moving forward easily before beet juice (balance issue). The engine does not stall, the tires slip when over-worked (plenty of power). 3-point adjustment are just okay at best. I am used to a 1720 Ford with hand crank adjustment and turn buckle side to side. This rig has a slide bar and pin. It is hard to line up holes for a pin (I broke one). The up and down adjustment is limited. I bought a ram top link and must use the top hole for clearance issues. The 3-point could use some improvement. The hood latch does not unlatch, and may have to be improved with a dremel tool if there is no adjustment. I bought a front guard, well worth the money, but most brands include one. The engine (Mitsubishi) sounds good at all RPMs but that lower front side exhaust reminds me of my 8N Ford. I like an upright tube (1720 Ford). The plastic around the dash is not a problem, it's barn stored. Knees are. The color is right. Big blue. "
"Bought along with a big mowing deck thinking I could mow 12 acres of fields. Very slow ground speed and 3-pt. suspension keeps breaking due to side forces. Hills affect speed greater than my old manual drive tractor. Likely good for residential, but not a real farm; it is not built strong enough for large implements."
"This tractor replaced T1510. Like going from a Chevy to a Buick. The controls are perfectly located w/shifter and loader on right, air seat with load, front to back, and height adjustment, tilt steering. The only thing I would recommend is a second control for 3-pt. and standard rear work light. Plenty of power to lift and drag 30 ft. X 30 inch whit pine logs with 16 inches of snow on the ground."
"Just getting onsite with a new tractor. Limited hours/experience with this machine. "
"Very pleased with tractor, performs well meets all expectations. NH should provide additional seat options. Light switch built cheap. Would have given 5 stars expect for seat and light switch."
"My previous tractors were a Ford 8N and a early '70's IH 454. Considering I had to work on the IH EVERY time, I used it and it is VERY loud. The Boomer 50 is a dream. Plenty of power to pull a 10ft. offset disc or three bottom plow. My two complaints: 1. No draft control 2. PTO engages by a switch so one has no slipping the PTO engagement. The machine was on sale that included $2000 off for New Holland not financing it and the loader was free. The tractor was made in Korea so the seating would be cramped for a taller person. I'm 5'8" and it fits me fine. "
