"For all my like I have used Ford tractors and now I have a TC33D HST New Holland. Great tractor for my 7 acres. I use it to mow, fertilize, plow, weed kill, etc. Always available and in great shape. "
"Control of three point is very touchy jerky cannot make small incremental adjustments control lever is sticky have returned to dealer with no satisfaction."
"No real issues, reliable. Okay."
"The first thing I did with this tractor (10 years ago, but I remember it vividly) was to use the scoop to lift and place a 16 foot gate in place. The ability to get the gate high, in place and then lowered was just awesome. I liked the tractor a lot right away. I use it for moving snow with a 5 foot rear blower and a plow for the front and with the 4 wheel drive. I am moving snow in every direction I move. Perfect. I've got 10,000 square feet of driveway and an additional 5,000 of area around my pole barn and hay storage that is not paved. I can get everything freed up, open and working in 2 or 3 hours no matter how much snow we get. Bush-hogging and finish mowing with rear mount mowers is a breeze. I had a quick-attach made for the front to ease the job of mounting and dismounting bucket, plow, etc. And I bought a set of pallet forks and let me tell you, pallet forks are worth their weight in gold. The tractor has enough strength to lift everything I've ever tried and the forks are so simple to use, I don't know if I could ever live without them. If I could, I wouldn't want to. I wanted the most tractor I could get with the smallest profile as I have numerous areas to work in that are small and this tractor fits the bill. The hydro-static makes it possible to maneuver into very, very small areas without incident. I am aware of criticisms that the hydro costs a lot in power but I've mowed hay with a 7 foot New Holland hayline, going up hill and have had no problem other than having to go into low range on the steepest hills. This tractor rocks."
"This tractor replaced a 1858 Ford Model 800 that I had been using for many years. We live on 5 acres and have horse facilities. It is great for all the maintenance the place requires. It has given me no problems other than needing a battery in the 7 years I have owned it. It has a front end loader and usually a blade-box on the back, but I also occasionally use a post hole digger with it. "
"I have enjoyed my New Holland TC33DA since I purchased it in 2005. I purchased it new. I particularly like its size since it is very versatile, can be used inside of my barn, and also can handle the FEL well, as well as bushhogging. However, recently the hydraulic system has failed and even after replacing the hydraulic pump and diverter repairs, still no hydraulics working. Please advise if anyone has any advice. "
"Ratings would be 5 stars across the board but the unit has a poor design for safety switches. When driving through heavy brush the connections can become disconnected making a restart impossible until the operator locates the problem and reconnects the switch. A simple fix to this problem would be a shield or rout the wires into an area not effected by brush."
"Bought this unit used with high hours but well maintained. FEL was new when purchased as there had been none on tractor and installed by dealer. Unit has worked great - nice size for use on trails. Used with bush hog and Landpride finish mower. Starts great even in the winter. Only issue has been with starting (used relay fix) and tilt steering. Hydro transmission great for different users and FEL work."
"I have had this tractor for over 11 yrs and love it. It has done everything it has been asked to do. Naturally there are times when I wish I had more of everything but the tractor has always done what it was designed to do. I have a woods loader and with quick attach and 3rd hyd. function on loader for a grapple and angle snowplow. 2 rear remotes for a 6 way rear blade. I have cut hay with a 9' haybine, baled hay with wagon behind, driven fence post, dug tile ditches with an old 758 backhoe attachment, moved and leveled a lot of dirt, loaded and hauled manure, mowed with a finish mower and sickle bar, installed trusses with a boom attachment on the forks, drug logs for firewood, tilled gardens and more. One has to be careful at times but it gets the job done and does not use much fuel. Small enough to get into places and haul but big enough to get 'er done."
"This is not the only tractor I use, but it is the most versatile and extremely reliable. It has never not answered the call. I use it for mowing with the belly mower (not too much of this), but I mainly use it for spraying with the PTO boom sprayer, fertilizing with the slinger, using the land plane on gravel roads, etc. It is the perfect size for this type thing, easy to get on or off, and very easy to use with the HST transmission. The seat is comfortable. "
