"Drove a few smaller HP tractors as a teenager, but at 50, after buying a small farm, determined we needed to buy one for our needs. Neighbor helped pick through several used products at nearby dealer. Selected a TN 75, a year later product than the neighbor. First winter was heavy duty use of bucket clearing snow in heaviest overall snowfall in years. Open cab was and is uncomfortable in lousy weather, but hard to justify extra $$. Since we now do our own baling, still prefer the open cab, though slightly noisy. Everything works great now we are exercising the second remote that needed work. A few minor issues, but dealer is great. Few error codes pop up, and shuttle lever sometime slips out on the cold days, but have learned just to hold it until things warm up a bit. No complaints and love the utility of this tractor. Use it with a haybine, rake and round baler for haying; manure spreader; brush cutter, 7-foot snow blower, all without to much complaint."

"Used for rear mounted 7' snowblower in winter, and 5' rotary cutter in summer. Looking to expand next year with hay crop equipment for about 30 acres."
"Bought this TN75 used from a JD dealer who was looking to offload it---got it for a pretty decent deal. Surprised by some of the added features being that it was their lower line at the time (don't think the TT line was out then)- like the extendable 3pt arms and a switch that automatically raises and lowers the 3pt. I have the 8x8 tranny which works fine for me, FWA which of course is handy, and the 32LA loader. I will try to list the "not so negative" aspects as that is the way I try to approach any item--- if those are listed-- then every thing else is nice and rosy... I have noticed that on every startup it blows black smoke - yet I have been told that is indicative with most NH tractors. Something peculiar with mine (all of these TN's?) is that it essentially has two fuel tanks, the one located behind you that drains down into another one below you. This means that the fuel gauge is only operating off of the bottom tank --- When the gauge only shows a half tank-- you actually have a quarter - or less. The top tank does have a sight tube-- but mine is of course clouded. I have noticed that on a cold startup the hydraulic system must take a long time to warm up as a noticeable whine can be heard and the loader will shimmy up - as if it needs fluid---let the tractor warm up and it is fine. Unfortunately the TN series does not come with a block heater that you can plug in over night to prevent this. It does have another form of cold start assist- which helps, but not as well as a block heater would. Like someone else has mentioned- the paint on the hood has flaked off - mine has been repainted - yet is starting to come off again. I have been told that there were several years that NH had issues with their primer---which is the reason for the paint coming off. It has an abundance of lights on it - surprisingly more than others-- two on the front --- another one on each front/side of the tractor that shines out to the side--- and a rear light diesel usage may not be as good as I would like - then again it is a 75hp-- but the 65 probably gets better as the 75 has the same engine with a turbo with drinks more. The only thing I would probably like this one to have is two rear remotes -- think they come standard with one--- yet with the loader being plumbed and the one in the back free at all times-- I haven't had a need yet for two-- but a time will come (buying used you can't be too choosy) Overall an excellent tractor - just depends on what you can buy one for."
