TYM T700 Lemon?

Model year: 2009 Date Purchased: 2007-06-09 Number of Hours: 488

"Have I purchased a lemon or what? I bought this tractor with industrial tires to do dirt work, house pads, yard grades, some gravel roads, and snow removal. When this tractor is not broken. I love the power, seat comfort , w/cab,ext. implement switch, etc., but since last May with only 400+ hrs, it's been in the shop to replace the rear end housing (due to cracks when top cover came loose and cracked it). Elect components inside the cab to fix 3 point lift controls, gears and bearings inside transmission (because it would not go into low range), left & right front axle gears and bearings (worn out), and replaced the alternator. I might add, the paint is not holding up. There's peeling paint on rear wheels and chaulky paint on fenders. The reason for the poor rating on the dealer is mine went out of business. So he's stuck me with my (stepchild problems) with 488 hours now, this is not acceptable!"
