"The TYM 723 has worked great for me. The loader is strong and does everything I throw at it. The three-point works well with standard attachments. Its easy to attach and detach equipment. The cab is comfortable with good A/C. The controls are easy to use. The tires seem to last forever and still look new after over 500 hours use in different terrain including asphalt and hard packed ground. Keep it serviced on time and it will take care of you. "

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Strong, easy to use, great quality Cons: Loader could be a little faster, but still its very good Type of User: Homeowner 1-10 Acres Location: USA UT I also considered buying:

"We have had this tractor for just over 2 years. I has been very good really like the power shuttle. We had a couple issue's with it which is why it doesn't have 5 stars all the way across. The water pump blew out shortly after we got it (taken care of quite quick) and the PTO clutch went (also taken care of). We use it for a bit of everything around the farm cutting and baling hay, as well as some ground work with a 3-16 furrow plow, a 44 disc 12' disc harrow, and a 20' S-tine harrow. It handles everything we throw at it pretty well. Only wish it was heavier. If I were to do it again would probably for with the TYM T1003 just because it is a lot heavier and could take a 4-16 plow."

Pros: Lots. Cons: Light. Type of User: Homeowner 100+ Acres Location: CND OT I also considered buying: TYM 1003, Kubota M7040, LS Tractor P7010C

"Haven't had the tractor long to form a strong feeling ether way but so far it has been good. Starts easy even when below freezing. Does not have a block heater. Loader works well although I wish it were quicker. The universal quick attach is nice but it can be hard to view to line up with the attachments. The tractor shutters when on the road but that may be because of the deep lug tires it came with. I had the front tires loaded as well as the rear in case I took the loader off since you don't get weights with the loader. "

"Cannot get parts. It has been in the shop for more than three months waiting on parts. It less than 20 hours on it when the four-wheel-drive broke and the tractor had to be split in half to repair it. The four-wheel-drive went out again at 500 hours. Also the fuel gauge has quit and the turbo has gone out and it is still in the shop."
